Harbinger is a small plate concept centered around vegetables, featuring flavors inspired by Chef's self-guided journeys through Southeast Asia and beyond. Their goal is to share the story of each home by showcasing the abundance of the land and the dedication of those who cultivate it.

THE MENU

Below is their a la carte menu, allowing you to create your own dining adventure. The menu is frequently updated to reflect seasonal offerings and the availability of fresh ingredients.

Beetroot cooked in salt crust & kafir lime. Winter Radish,

Crispy Alliums, Vietnamese Herbs.

Delicata Squash is cooked in an aromatic red curry5 spice pear butter, forbidden rice, and Thai basil.

Butternut Squash cooked slowly in brown butter 

& grilled Blistered Sweet Onions, Pistachio, Salted Egg Yolk.

Chinese Egg Noodles made fully in-house Manilla Clams, 

Thai Basil, Garlic Chips.

Farm Carrots, Memories from Vietnam soured carrot, house-made lemongrass sausage, crispy garlic, cilantro.
